What is MegaVoice?
MegaVoice is both the name of our ministry which designs, engineers and produces our expanding line of solar MegaVoice audio Bibles. Each MegaVoice audio Bible MP3 player has its own unique features and playback time. What does MegaVoice mean by “tamper proof message”?
Tamper proof means that messages loaded on a MegaVoice cannot be deleted or modified by the end user. “Tamper proof” could prove to be very important if you are distributing audio Bibles in geographic areas hostile to the Gospel.
Does MegaVoice have Scripture audio titles in the language of indigenous people groups?
The searchable online MegaVoice Audio Library contains thousands of Scripture audio titles in thousands of languages and dialects. Search our Audio Library for content for audio Bibles, New Testaments, God’s Story (from the God Story Project), the Story of Jesus (from the Jesus film), Good News (from GRN) and the Mini Bible College. Search the Audio Library by language, Scripture audio title, SIL ethnologue code, or by country. Once our ministry has produced its message, how does it get onto a MegaVoice audio Bible?
a) If you intend to distribute hundreds, or thousands, of MegaVoice audio Bibles, send MegaVoice your audio file and our Audio Team will load it onto them for you.
b) If your organization is working “in-field” and intends to load a limited number of MegaVoice at one time, then you can do so with the Envoy E/S/EZ Series audio Bibles. The field production capability of the MegaVoice Envoy E/S/EZ Series enables you to over-write previously recorded content.
Updating content on your MegaVoice audio Bible works well if you are testing your translation efforts with your people group. The Envoy ST can hold up to ten hours of content, is field-programmable using a PC, and is perfectly suited to those involved with Bible Storying.
Do you donate the audio units or do you charge for them?
MegaVoice is a marketplace ministry that designs, manufactures and sells ministry communications products to individuals, churches and organizations all over the world.
How much do they cost?
Prices for our audio Bibles depend on which player is ordered, the number of units requested, and the audio content loaded. Please contact us to get a quote.
Which player would you recommend?
Each kind of MegaVoice player is designed with certain needs in mind. Which one you choose will depend on a number of factors, including who you are giving it to, where you will distribute it, what content you require etc. For small amounts of audio, ministries often choose to use the Envoy ST – which can hold up to a New Testament, but was designed for Bible stories.
Do you preload the audio Bible content?
Yes, the majority of units that go out to our partners have preloaded content on them. Only a few partners, who are in the process of recording new content and/or where the Bible has not been completed, will load their own.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, MegaVoice provides shipping to almost anywhere in the world. Our Media Centers are located in many countries and serve not only their own country but others their geographic region.
